What is the minimum batch size for each order?
Each order can select multiple products, and the total order amount must reach at least 1000 USD.
How to place an order?
According to the contact information, contact our sales manager and send the product number and purchase quantity to the sales manager. The sales manager will sign a contract with you, collect the deposit, and arrange the order.
How long is the delivery time?

You can submit the list of samples to our sales manager, who will provide you with a quotation. The sample fee is twice the displayed price, plus air freight.

Our price is based on the pick-up price from the Israeli warehouse. If you need delivery to your door, you will need to pay an additional delivery fee to the warehouse.
What if there are quality issues with the product when picking up the goods?
If there are any quality issues with the product, we will compensate based on the quantity of damages and the purchase price.
Is the displayed price the delivery price?
Yes, the displayed price is for delivery to customers at the Israeli warehouse, but does not include VAT tax.

What form of payment will be made?
When placing an order, the sales manager will sign a contract with the customer, and the customer needs to pay all the amount.
